Finding the calm and meaning among the storms has been a part of the journey I have learned to appreciate. And if I am honest, I still have room to do better with that. Part of adulting for me has been a blend of reestablishing boundaries, reinforcing my values, and just being okay with the unknown.

Whether you plan on going to Paris or take an annual trip, my love affair first began in college on a trip with one of my oldest friends, Ann-Marie, and our mothers. It was there that my curiosity for the world around me grew, my obsession with Nutella crepes (but especially Nutella overall), and exploring the idea of living life in another country.

I maintain a long list of countries I’ve never been to and would like to visit that seems to grow each year. However, what’s not accounted for are the trips I’ve taken to the United Kingdom that now seem to have a somewhat regular cadence. From personal, business, and educational alike, my trips to London and Oxford over the past five years have been nothing short of amazing.

Flying there from the East Coast is a relatively seamless trek.
